  • Australian Home Loans - mortgage broker specialising in services to non-resident borrowers looking to purchase Australian property using Australian finance. Loans available in AUD and several other currencies
  • Peach Home Loans - offering professional mortgage broker services to domestic clients. Peach pioneered virtual applications and commission refunds in 2000 and remains one of the most dynamic players in the Australian home lending scene

    We have a wide range of loans for home buyers, renovaters, refinancing and investors. We don't just rely on the major banks as we also have building societies, regional banks and mortgage managers with competitive and innovative products and services.

Commission Info

Most lenders pay mortgage brokers a commission for introducing business. Typically the up front commission is 0.55% with a trail of 0.15%. Claims that trail commission constitutes tens of thousands of dollars are exaggerated remember that most loans are refinanced many times over their life. The trail commission is not added to your loan, you get the same deal as you would if you walked into a branch office - after all branch staff don't work for nothing and neither should we :)
Australian Credit Licence   
Strict new credit laws came into affect on July 1st 2010 - these laws apply nationally replacing previous state regulations.  The new laws are administered by ASIC.  Peach is registered with ASIC for an Australian Credit Licence # 385657 and is fully compliant with all current requirements.

Furthermore all Peach staff are compliant and our brokers carry "Approved Mortgage Broker" status with the MFAA.
